You can place the order
navigate through product categories (1)

A) from the “Shop” menu choose “Entire nutritional range” (A) to see the nutrition products
B) or select “Personal care” (B) to select products for skin, hair and face care.

or choose “Order from price list”

In this way you can filter all the products you already know by taste, name or code and compose the cart by clicking the “+”, at the end click on “Add to cart”

⚠️ warning: some products may not be within the product categories because they have changed category or are updating the attributes (this happens for infusions), in this case you will certainly find them from the price list, search by code, name or flavor 😉

Frequent questions

Can a Preferred Customer resell the products?

Preferred Customers cannot sell the products, but purchase them only for personal consumption taking advantage of a discount. The sale of products may result in the termination of your Agreement with Herbalife Nutrition.

Simply renew the Contract by paying the €10.98 annually. In case of non-payment of the fee on the due date, the Preferred Customer will be canceled after 90 days.

The code for the renewal of the Preferred Customer Annual Fee is N990.

A Preferred Customer cannot sponsor and therefore cannot have downlines. If anyone in contact with a Preferred Customer wishes to become a Preferred Customer or Distributor, the Preferred Customer, if interested in carrying out the activity, should contact their sponsor regarding their conversion to a Distributor.

Yes, the products can be shipped to an address other than that of the order holder (shipping to post office boxes and hotels is not possible).

Yes, it is sent together with the Preferred Customer Kit and published on the MyHerbalife.com website.

You can request a refund for the products purchased within 30 days from the date of receipt of the products.
